Once you create an account, you need to select your choice of training from our wide range of options. After the training, you are certified to find and apply for verified jobs from trusted employers, through the click of a button and for free. Finally, you earn a steady income for yourself once recruited by a company. The more skills you learn, the more coins you get. The higher the level you’re at, the better jobs you can procure!

An on-demand economy is a system of satisfying demand by providing quick and easy access to goods and services that they require. Employed India comes under the banner of an on-demand economy. Why? Because It is a direct way of collaborating your skillset with an employer who needs them. As a trained marketer, you will be in demand after our EI training and we will get you in touch with businesses who need marketers like you!

Once you are connected with an employer you will be given tasks on a (typically) temporary basis. You finish the tasks as per the deadline provided and claim the tasks finished by you (with genuine proof) on the Employed India App. Once the task has been approved by the employer, the money will be paid to you through your EI account which you can then transfer into your bank account.

There are definite and predetermined cashout limits for Employed India. There is no limit on how much you can earn through the number of tasks you do. The sky's the limit! A minimum cashout limit of Rs.500 will be deducted from your first earning and Rs.1000 from all the earnings thereafter.

Employed India has these levels starting from low to high- Basic, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Once you achieve your monthly targets and manage to complete all tasks before the required deadlines, you automatically move to a higher level based on your performance. The higher levels come with advantages like increased earnings, more perks, and better jobs. Your goal on Employed India should be to strive for Gold!
